Bass guitar tutor in Binjiang

By chance does anyone know of a tutor in Binjiang who could teach a complete beginner how to play an electric bass guitar?

I have my own four string bass but am making approximately zero progress with the one and only 'teach yourself' DVD I got with it.

Tutor wouldn't have to be able to speak any English - they'd just have to spend some time teaching me Chinese guitar vocabulary as we go!
